BNV's There is a wonderful work done by the BNVs of Potladurthi
panchayat in YSR Kadapa district. They arranged a medical
camp for the weavers in the village by bringing doctors from
proddutur and conducted medical camp. But what is important

All the weavers now meet at a common place in the morning
and go through these physo-therapy exercises inorder to avoid
such common ailments of weavers. They deserve our appreciation.

Dear
BNVs, We have a report from BNVs of MAMABAPUR Panchayat, Jennram
Mandal in MEDAK Dist, that a long period dispute on an issue
regarding incomplete drainage work was resolved by the BNVs
intervention. Two persons responsible for dispute has now
become friends and pipe line work is completed to provide
good drainage to entire village Similar wonderful work has
been done by one of BNVs in KARIMNAGAR Dist, who started a
campaign discouraging women from going to the Middle East
countries by explaining the difficulties they have to face
after leaving the country. Those families were briefed about
using MGNERGS and convinced to drop the idea of having overseas
placements to lead a happy life with family members in their
own village. Similar things can be done by BNVs of those districts
from where women continue to be migrating in search of labour
to Middle East only to realize that there are only pains &
sufferings and their sacrifice for their Kith & Kin is exploited.
